Mrs. Kike Fischer is the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Surrey in Guildford (UK). She is an experienced risk management professional with 11 years risk management experience in the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance Sectors of the Financial Services Industry.
Prior to joining Leadway she was at EY where she led the Financial Services Risk Management Functions for West Africa. She also worked at the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK where she led the Markets supervision team covering the supervision of exchange traded products.
